Object Light Source (or OLS) is a painting technique that mimics light coming off of an object, like a torch or crystal, and being cast onto an object, typically the miniature and their items. It is a useful technique and if done correctly can look incredible. In this video the talented Jay Adan tackles the subject to show you his technique.
